Mixed Reality

The Mixed Reality soccer games are played by 2cm tall, real robots and a virtual, i.e. simulated ball. They come together on a horizontally mounted display, which also displays the soccer field. The Mixed Reality league thus bridges the gap between simulation and real robot leagues of the RoboCup. The league offers a smooth entry to the senior RoboCup for young teams and the challenges of an 11 vs. 11 game with real robots for advanced teams.
